Patton (1970), the Oscar-winning biopic of the controversial and brilliant U.S. General George S. Patton. George C. Scott delivers a commanding performance, portraying Patton’s battlefield genius and larger-than-life personality. With sweeping battle scenes and sharp political insight, the film offers a complex portrait of a leader who defined an era of American military history.
